I am a birth + postpartum doula and childbirth educator who also offers breastfeeding education and support! I received my training through DONA International!
I am also a mama to one son, who I had a natural and unmedicated labor with, and breastfed for almost 2 years! So, I use a lot of my personal experience with pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and beyond to help new mamas, dads and all types of families navigate their own journeys! ! I have a sincere passion for helping newly pregnant mamas, dads and all types of families and I am quite seriously A BIRTH NERD!
